Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The real-time horse images were developed a program (one-name “G” app, hereinafter referred to as “G app”) and a server that enables real-time horse images to be transmitted through illegal website (F).

Shee may receive and sell a lot of money in return for money to persons who have access to the illegal private horse site, if he/she send real-time images to each week, Saturday, and Sundays, which he/she is a racing at this place (the branch office of the Marina society in Korea).

From Apr. 2015 to Jan. 24, 2016, Defendants: (a) around the front page of the 5th floor of the office located in the President of the Maan Society located in 1394, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seocheon-gu, 1394; (b) Defendant A excavated a cell installed with the above “G” app within the said scope; (c) recorded the racing screen; and (d) Defendant C photographs dividends from the dividend rate of distribution using the same method; and (e) Defendant B sent racing screen, dividend rate, racing, and voice to many unspecified customers who access the F website by transmitting racing voice using the mobile phone with the above “G” app.

Accordingly, the Defendants, in collusion with E, sent the dividend rate of the racing, racing screen and voice provided by E in real time, so that unspecified members, including H, who operate illegal private race tracks, can view the above images.
