B is a seafarer of the F (9.77 tons, reduction of catch) operated by E, and Defendant C and D are a seafarer of H (15 tons, military shipment) operated by G.

E and G decided to capture mincing down and distribute profits from the mincing line at the mincing line, and in F operated by E, the mincing line was assigned to G, and in H operated by G, the mincing line was assigned to G.

1.
