If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 2015, around 15:15, the Defendant driven B rocketing taxi under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.100% from the 1km section to the 52-way roads in the vicinity of the Yongsan-gu public truck depot, Yongsan-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.
