Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Illegal Check Control Act at the Incheon District Court on August 23, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 31, 2012.
The defendant, as a holder of a vehicle B, is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in accordance with the main sentence of Article 8 of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, but operated the motor vehicle at the following time and place.
