Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2013, at around 21:15, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 2 km from around 0.115% on the road in front of the comprehensive market located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, to the road in front of the 330-4 main road.
