A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was a foreigner of a monet nationality of the steel bar, and was taking meals with the same nationality-friendly C (C; hereinafter “C”) in the mutual influent restaurant near the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan market; and (b) consented by C, upon receiving a proposal from C, “I know of the currency exchange in which cash is carried, I would have to have the said money deducted from the said money; and (c) was established a crime plan, such as a scheme for the failure to commit the crime against the victim D (53 years) and a plan for escape after committing the crime.

Accordingly, at around 22:30 of the same day, the Defendant went back to Korea from Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s transshipment station for the D’s operation of Jung-gu E, and C, with the first floor and the second floor of the Fran shop building located at a distance of about five minutes from the said money exchange station, first she d, the victim D, with the stairs in which the victim D was located, coming back before and after the victim’s entrance into the front and rear, the Defendant d's electric shock, which is a deadly weapon prepared in advance, and caused electricity shock over several occasions at the victim D's entrance and cole, and C, after plpling the victim D's plle and plleing the victim’s resistance, she did not have the victim d's face, and did not have the victim d's face known during the treatment of the victim's d's face, such as Han and entitizing, but did not have the victim d's face.

As a result, the defendant and C together with a deadly weapon, carried with the victim D's property, thereby causing injury to the victim.

2. On July 11, 2010, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) up to 17:30 on the 17:1st day of July 201, 201, the 1st day of the 48,000 B&D, which was displayed at the location of the cosmetic store, by pretending customers to the “I” managed by the victim H located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
