A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 2016, the Defendant sentenced Jeju District Court to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of causing bodily injury resulting from a special obstruction of performance of official duties, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Ganpo Prison on March 7, 2019.

On May 12, 2019, at around 14:15, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by opening a bucker at the bus stops of “C” in front of Seopopo City B, and opening a bucker at the time of coming to and going by many unspecified players, and cutting the sexual flag into hand and booming it.
