A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to three years by the Jeju District Court for a crime of injury resulting from special obstruction of performance of official duties, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on March 7, 2019 in the Jeju Correctional Institution. On September 5, 2019, the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of obscene performance and became final and conclusive on September 17, 2019.

Criminal facts

1. Public performance and obscene;

A. On June 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00, at the bus stops in front of Seopopoposi B, and (b) held in front of that bus stops, and held in front of that bus stops, and made a publicly obscene act, such as putting his hand into a seat when an unspecified number of players come to and out of, and talk with, a sexual organ.

B. On July 1, 2019, around 14:50, the Defendant publicly obscenity committed an obscene act by holding a bus intermediate and cutting down a brush with a brush and cutting down a sexual flag in his hand, with passengers, such as the G bus, H (H, 27 years old), operated at the E elementary school located in Seopopo City D to F bus bus bus bus stops.

C. On July 22, 2019, at around 09:50, the Defendant had passengers, such as G buses operating in the vicinity of the West Round in the West-si, and (i) was openly obscene by holding a 4th left door of the bus and holding a brupter on the left side of the said bus and taking a scambling and scambing it by hand, etc.

On July 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 10:20 on July 22, 2019, when a bus on the part of the Defendant was on the part of Seopopo City J village, the victim I (n, 47 years of age) as referred to in subparagraph 1(c) and the victim I (n, n, e) reported the Defendant’s self-defense act; (b) took a bath to the victim, “unborn, undried, dead,” and assaulted the victim’s left part of buckbuck with kick fuck.
