Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny at the Jeju District Court on December 7, 2001, eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Jeju District Court on October 19, 2006, six months of imprisonment for larceny at the Jeju District Court on July 1, 2008, four months of imprisonment for attempted larceny at the Jeju District Court on July 1, 2008, one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Jeju District Court on January 22, 2009, and one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Jeju District Court on November 30, 201, and on June 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of larceny at the Jeju District Court on April 8, 2017.

1. At around 13:00 on February 13, 2019, the Defendant found that the door of the DNA siren vehicle operated by the victim C parked at the parking lot in Jeju City, was not corrected, and the Defendant opened the front door of the said vehicle and entered the opening, and stolen the said vehicle with 300,000 won and a new global gift certificate (100,000 won) holding one copy, which is the cash owned by the victim located within the victim’s wall.

2. At around 12:55 on February 20, 2019, the Defendant discovered that the door of a Frent vehicle operated by the victim E parked at the above place was not corrected. The Defendant opened the front door of the said vehicle and entered the front door and stolen the said vehicle with cash 247,000 won owned by the victim, which was located inside the victim’s wall.
