A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Meblopon (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows:

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. At around 22:00 on September 22, 2019, the Defendant, along with C, injected phiphones into the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Birel, for a single-use divers, and injected phiphones into the arms and administered phiphones.

B. On October 19, 2019, the Defendant administered philophone d apartment E, F, etc. at the home of Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, and F along with F, C, etc. in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph.

C. On November 17, 2019, the Defendant administered the volume of phiphonephones in a Buddhist telecom in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, along with C in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph. D.

On December 2, 2019, the Defendant, along with the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Building, H, C, I, etc., administered philophones in the same manner as described in the above paragraph (a).

E. On December 21, 2019, at around 03:00, the Defendant administered phiphones in the same manner as the description of the foregoing paragraph with buildings J, K, and C, I, etc. in Bupyeong-si, Busan.

F. On January 1, 2020, the Defendant, along with G buildings in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and H, administered phiphone scopon in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).

G. At around 02:30 as between January 5, 2020 and January 11, 2020, the Defendant administered phiphonephones in a way that fluencing the smokes generated by heating the philophones into a medication organization manufactured in favor of M along with M at a L hotel in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

H. At around 22:00 on January 18, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as the described in the foregoing paragraph in the Ntel O of Seodaemun-gu Seoul.

(i) On February 1, 2020, the Defendant administered phiphonephones in the same manner as indicated above, together with C and M in the G Building P of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around February 1, 2020.

(j) On February 2, 2020, the Defendant is in Q Q Q of Seocho-gu Seoul around 22:00.
