When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The theft against victim B;

A. On January 2018, the Defendant stolen the victim-B’s clothes at Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with a 39,000 luxz equivalent to the market value of KRW 39,00,00, using the gaps in which surveillance was neglected by the victim-B.

B. On February 13, 2018, around 14:46, the Defendant stolen one 39,000 won of the market price, using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim B was neglected in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu C underground shopping mall D, by using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim B was neglected.

2. Larceny against victims E;

A. On January 2018, the Defendant stolen G clothes located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with only one nit equivalent to 28,000 won at the market price using the gaps in which surveillance of the victim E was neglected.

B. On February 13, 2018, at around 14:46, the Defendant stolen G clothes located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with 139,000 won in total, including 139,000 won in the market price, and 22,000 won in the market price, using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim E was neglected.

3. On February 13, 2018, the Defendant stolen the victim H by using a cresh in which the surveillance of the victim H was neglected at the J convenience store located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with a 20,000 won equivalent to the market price, around 10:57.
