Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on July 21, 2017 by imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court for a violation of road traffic law.

Although the validity of a driver's license was suspended from June 19, 2017 to July 28, 2017, the Defendant, from June 20, 2017, driven B-low vehicle at approximately 500 meters from the roads located in the same city and west-dong on June 20, 2017 to the roads located in the same city and west-dong.

Accordingly, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle without a driver's license.
