If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From October 05, 2017 to December 24, 2017, the Defendant driven a car with approximately KRW 75 kilometers from the Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City to the front of the shooting distance of Pyeongtaek-dong Han-dong apartment at around 11:40 on May 15, 2017, even though the validity of the driver’s license was suspended from March 1, 2017.
