Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From February 22, 2017 to April 2, 2017, the Defendant, even though the validity of the driver’s license was suspended, was driving B multi-use vehicles at the section of approximately 1.5 kilometers from the road on the 14:50-on March 18, 2017, the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Daeungdong-dong, to the road on the 160 new village along the same new village.
