1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall pay to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 16,170,000 with full payment from January 15, 2019.

The main lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be examined, but the following shall be separated for each religious facility:

I. As to “military facilities (Diplomatic Association)”

1. The following facts are acknowledged to the effect that there is no dispute or the entire pleadings, in addition to each macro- documentary evidence.

On March 9, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a construction design subcontracting service contract for the new construction works of religious facilities (Geopo-si) with the Defendant and the Kunpo-si.

2. “B” shall register a master plan, design drawings (a summary of design, floor plan, elevation map 2 pages, cross-section 2) provided to “B” in a computer administrative program guide by April 15, 2018. Within 45 days after the completion of the construction permit, “B” shall supply “A” with CAD file (expliciated dwg) drawings of construction, structure, energy, facility design (electric, machinery, fire-fighting equipment, fire-fighting equipment, and communications equipment).

3.The delivery period under paragraph 2 shall be extended by the number of days so delayed, provided that the payment of service charges is delayed than the agreed date.

【Service Fees, etc.】

1.The costs of this design service shall be KRW 27.6 million in total, and the detailed method of payment shall be in accordance with the following procedures:

1) Contract deposit: 20% of service charges (5.5 million won) - deposit within one day after the conclusion of the contract (in addition, set aside; hereinafter the same shall apply)

2) 2) The first progress payment: 30% of the service cost (8.3 million won) - The second progress payment: 30% of the service cost (8.3 million won) - the deposit within three days after the approval of the construction: 20% of the service cost (5.5 million won) - The inspection of “A” after the delivery of the drawings for the construction work must complete the inspection within ten days after the delivery of the drawings for the construction work.
