A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On March 2, 2013, at around 04:00, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in the cudio Cudio underground 2 of the Jeonju-gun, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol with usual knowledge, was committed with the Defendant’s house, with the Defendant’s house located in the cudio underground of the Jeonju-gun, and was willing to commit an indecent act by force against the said victim.
