A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On March 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the home of the victim D (14 years of age), who is the father of the son in the Hamhyeong-si, Sin P.M. on March 2012, the Defendant got involved in committing an indecent act against the victim; (b) went into the victim’s room; and (c) put the victim into the victim’s chest.

B. On April 2012, the Defendant, at the home of the victim above o'clock ( Saturdays) around early 2012, she laid down the victim's chest after she puted his/her grandchildren into the victim's inner part.

C. On April 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s home at the time of the victim’s home; (b) placed the victim’s hand on the victim’s side; and (c) got the victim’s chest.

On April 2012, the Defendant was at the home of the victim above, and was at the victim's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's chest.

E. On April 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s house at the end of the middle ( Sundays) o’clock; (b) placed the victim’s hand on the victim’s side; and (c) got the victim’s chest.

F. On May 2012, the Defendant, in the vicinity of the E-S., was serving the victim at the top of the Defendant’s vehicle, and was serving the Defendant’s vehicle at the top of the victim’s vehicle, left the chest by inserting his hand into the part of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile at least six times.

2. On May 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (similar act) committed an act by putting his/her fingers into the victim’s house, putting his/her chests into the victim’s inner part, putting him/her on the victim’s chests, putting him/her in the upper and inner clothes, cutting his/her fingers into the victim’s chests, raising one fingers into the victim’s inner part, and inserting part of his/her body, such as fingers, etc. into the victim’s sexual organ during the victim’s sexual organ.
