Although examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the grounds that the instant facts charged was found guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, by misapprehending the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the justifiable act and the grounds that the crime of defamation was committed.

In addition, even if the record is examined, there is no illegality as alleged in the grounds of appeal in the investigation or trial procedure.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
