The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court did not err in its judgment that found the Defendants guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, by misapprehending the legal principles as to “a statement of false facts” in the crime of defamation, “a perception of false facts”, “a perception of false facts” in the crime of defamation, and “a ground for the elimination of illegality”

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
