Defendant

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 20, 2015, the Defendants: (a) discovered one bicycle set at the first floor parking lot of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Building D; (b) discovered the victim E, who was installed there, at around 11:30 on April 20, 2015; (c) discovered one bicycle set at the victim E’s market value equivalent to KRW 500,000; (d) reported the network; and (e) Defendant A got off the bicycle set at the seat of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Building; and (e) continued to take off the bicycle set at the seat of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Building with the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 300,000; and (e) discovered one bicycle set at the victim’s parking lot; and (e) Defendant B got off the bicycle correction device.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victims' property together.
