Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. From April 13, 2015, the Defendants: (a) committed special theft against the victim F, at G apartment bicycle storage facility in Macheon-si, G apartment apartment house; (b) Defendant B reported the network; and (c) Defendant A and Defendant C used a cutting machine prepared in advance to cut the bicycle locks; and (c) stolen two bicycles worth KRW 1,069,000, total market price of the victim F owned by the victim F.

B. From April 22, 2015, the Defendants of special larceny against the victim H: (a) committed a theft of 300,000 won at the victim H’s market price of 300,000 won, using a cutting machine prepared in advance to cut the bicycle lock; (b) Defendant B reported the network; and (c) Defendant A and Defendant C used a cutting machine prepared in advance to cut the bicycle lock; and (d) committed a theft of 20,000 won at the victim H’s market price.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

C. At around 04:40 on April 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the network at the K Apartment Bicycle Storage Station; (b) Defendant B and Defendant C used a cutting machine prepared in advance to cut the bicycle lock; and (c) Defendant A stolen one bicycle set at the victim J-owned market price equivalent to KRW 2.40,000 at the victim J-owned market price.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the victim's property. D.

On April 22, 2015, the Defendants, along with M, stolen, stolen the victim L, who used a cutting machine prepared in advance, cut the bicycle lock and cut the bicycle, and then stolen the victim L’s market price of KRW 600,000,000 in the amount of KRW 60,000.
