Punishment of the crime

Defendants are Ruinamena.

Defendants entered the Republic of Korea on November 25, 2015.

A is the E (E; hereinafter referred to as “E”) who is the accomplice of the nationality of Ruania.

On December 17, 2015, Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “B”) entered the Republic of Korea with Defendant B’s accomplice F (F, and detained on December 16, 2015) using separate aviation routes of the Do, and entered the Republic of Korea with Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “B”).

After entering the Republic of Korea, the Defendants received, from a person whose identity information using the name of “G” or “H” was unknown, a forged credit card that was issued in France was reproduced and forged on the magal part of the credit card.

1. On December 2, 2015, the Defendants conspired to purchase goods or withdraw cash with a forged credit card received from the said “H” at the J hotel in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
