Punishment of the crime

The defendant is Ruina, the defendant.

On November 25, 2015, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea through the Incheon Airport around November 25, 2015. At that time, the Defendant used a false credit card that used the name of “D” or “E” to pay for goods, etc. in the Republic of Korea or to withdraw cash from the cash payment machine.

1. On November 30, 2015, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business enters with C while carrying a forged credit card received from E, and on November 32:19, 2015, the Defendant revised the criminal facts as above according to the facts recognized in the record, on the following grounds: (a) a foreign credit card (actual information: card number H, issuing S.A., and France of the issuing country) that is not nominally forged in order to pay the price after purchasing the goods at G clothing stores located in Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Around November 28, 2015, the indictment presented one copy to the sales store, as if the credit card was normally issued, and received a settlement approval, and stated the amount of KRW 2,840,000 as “from that time,” but the charge was revised according to the facts recognized in the record.

From December 1 to December 1 of the same year, 42,976,100 won in total with forged credit cards or received taxing services, etc., as shown in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, by deceiving the victim, acquired the victim's property or property benefits, and used the forged credit card.

2. The Defendant who committed attempted fraud and violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit Business (hereinafter “E”) enters with C while carrying forged credit cards received from “E”, and on November 29, 2015, goods equivalent to KRW 2,750,000 at the J located in Gangnam-gu Seoul on November 29, 2015.
