Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of Cheongbuk-do, Cheongbuk-do.

No person shall provide any horse to any elector for the purpose of having him/her cast a vote.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on June 8, 2018, around 07:45 on June 8, 2018, the date of advance polling for local elections at the 7th simultaneous local elections, had the village residents vote in the Cheongdo-gun B community center in North Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Seoul, with the aim of enabling the above village residents to vote.

“A broadcast” shall be sent to the residents of the above village C and D by telephone, and if it is possible to cast a road, it shall be sent to the village center.

B Village Residents E refers to “F voting on the way, I am. I am.” The three above three persons were boarding the G SPP car owned by the Defendant, and were born about 5 km from the above Do community hall to the FW office located in Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-do-si.

In addition, the Defendant had been in a place for voting at the above B community hall around June 8, 2018 for the purpose of voting at around 08:32.

B Village residents J, K, L, M et al. were on board the said car and moved to F-Myeon Office in the same way.

On June 8, 2018, the Defendant continued to vote at the village hall above B around 09:09 at that place.

B The Bill of Indictment for Residents of the Village is written as “O,” but it is obvious that it is a clerical error (see, e.g., evidence records 92 pages). It is corrected ex officio as above.

B getting in the said car and getting in the F-Myeon Office in the same way.

After all, the Defendant provided the same ma to eight voters, such as the same D, for the purpose of having them cast a vote.
