Punishment of the crime

From November 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) leased a total of four rooms, including (b) Nos. 511, 609, 711, and 814, in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Ctel from around November 1, 2016; (c) employed D as the head of office to hire three persons, including the nationality of the Thailand, who is a woman of sexual traffic, and placed the advertisement in the name of “F” on the Internet sexual traffic site, etc.; and (d) arranged sexual traffic to many unspecified number of sexual buyers who reported and contacted.

At around 20:04 on May 8, 2017, the Defendant and D conspiredd to arrange commercial sex acts by providing guidance on commercial sex acts to the above officetels 511, under the condition that D received a pre-contract call for commercial sex acts from the south of the sexual purchase and paid the non-amount to the female sex trade.
