A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 09:03 on December 3, 2019, at the D convenience store operated by the victim C(59 years of age) located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) on the part of the victim, the Defendant used a gap in the victim’s surveillance to put the toy equivalent to KRW 4,000 in the market price of KRW 4,00,000, which is the victim’s possession, and 10,000 in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

1. At around 12:55 on September 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by inserting the gap in the “G convenience store within the F Station located in Bupyeong-si, Busan; (b) the victim H, who is the owner of the business, in the aggregate of KRW 8,500 in the market price; and (c) inserting the disturbance in which the surveillance of the victim H, who is the owner of the business, was neglected, into the bank.

2. On October 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as the foregoing paragraph on October 13:12, 2019; and (b) at the same time, stolen crebs in which the surveillance of the said victim was neglected; (c) two crebs equivalent to the total market value of KRW 6,700; and (d) three crebs in drinking water.

On October 13, 2019, around 13:40 on October 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed in the outside shopping mall owned by the victim L(51 years of age and leisure) who was displayed in the outside shopping mall; (b) placed in a household with beverages worth KRW 2,000,000, such as one disease and contact with one disease; and (c) stolen it by means of placing it in a household with beverages worth KRW 2,000.

2. The Defendant, around October 18, 2019, up to 12:55 on October 18, 2019, up to the “G convenience store” within the Bupyeong-si E and F Station.

It was stolen by inserting the gap in the management of the victim M(60 years of age and South) into a bank in which the goods equivalent to the sum of 3,600 won were possessed, such as two eggs displayed in the past, three beverages, etc., and three beverages.
