A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7 million, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million.

A game water-related business entity shall not allow any person to gamble or perform other speculative acts by using game water, or leave him/her to do so.

Defendant

A is the owner of the "G" game in Jeju. The defendant B and the defendant C are employees in charge of the duties, such as entering the points of the game in the game machine after receiving game costs from the customers in the above game room, and settling the sales of the game hall.

A From November 6, 2012, Defendant B, from around April 2014, Defendant C, from around July 2016 to June 27, 2017, Defendant C installed 64 game machine of “H” in the said G game in each of the above G games from around July 2016 to around June 27, 2017, and then input points in the game machine at the rate of 10,000 won per 10,000 won to unspecified customers who have access to the same place, and then get them to play the game by getting the sprink points from the incidental combination of a card plaque indicating on the screen.

On June 27, 2017, the game machine and cash exchange with each other indicating the number of customers was put in place, and on June 27, 2017, the points obtained by subtracting the feet points from the game machine of customers selling the points, and then, the number of customers entered the feet points into the game machine of customers purchasing the points in the manner of exchanging the feet points and cash acquired in the game.

As a result, the Defendants conspired in collusion to allow customers to engage in gambling and other speculative acts using game water or to leave them to do so.
