Defendant
A from November 1, 2016 to March 28, 2017, around the fourth floor in the shopping district located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, established 90 games, and operated a mutual game forum called "F Gameland". Defendant B was engaged in money exchange in the above game for the same period, and Defendant C and D worked as an employee of the above game site for the same period.
1. A water-related business operator of a criminal game of Defendant A shall neither allow any person to gamble or perform other speculative acts by using game water nor leave such person to do so;
Nevertheless, from November 1, 2016 to March 28, 2017, when the Defendant received 10,000 won from the customers who found their places in the above game room from around November 1, 2016 and granted 10,000 won to the game machine, and the game was carried out and lost or obtained as a result, the Defendant set aside the above points (from 20,000 points) on the bearer card in the name of the immediately after being requested for return according to the accumulated points, and then drawn up the above points (from 20,000 points) on the card in the name of the arms and then made it possible for customers to resume the above game without any confirmation, thereby granting the exchange values to the above card and enabling customers to sell the said card to other customers at the non-place.
As a result, the defendant allowed customers who found the above game room to play gambling and other speculative acts by using game water, or left them to do so.
2. No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging exchange or re-purchase of intangible results obtained through the use of game products by Defendant A or B;
Nevertheless, on November 2016, Defendant A asked Defendant B to play an exchange role in exchanging points accumulated in the said card with Defendant B in the above game room around November 2016 and requested Defendant B to do so from that time until March 28, 2017.
