A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 12, 2020, the Defendant: (a) removed and paid the number plate attached to the “C” purchased from the “B” which is a major trading platform around the following time at the B B where the Defendant illegally uses air, around 12, 2020.
