A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2016, the Defendant illegally used air defense: (a) arbitrarily removed and used the number plate of the C (D) Oralab, which was issued by B, from the B, and then illegally used the official sign by attaching the above number plate to the C format (650C) Oralab (E) which was not registered.
