A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the illegal use of air, and the Automobile Management Act: (a) was attached to the Mar. 2, 2013, which was destroyed by a traffic accident at the center of Madow, U.S. and U.S. located in Madycheon-si from March 2013 to May 200

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile 1200C 1200C 2 at the date and place specified in paragraph 2, and at the same time, the Defendant did not subscribe to mandatory insurance.
