A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 13:00 on March 31, 2016, the Defendant driven a 50c motor bicycle without a motorcycle driver’s license on a section of approximately 200 meters from the 3rd anniversary of the hybrid in the Czeyang-gu Pungyang-gu Czeyang-si, Goyang-si to the front road of the Children’s Museum located in the same Dong.

2. No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the 50c motor bicycle without registration, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place under Paragraph 1.
