A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor due to interference with business at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan District Court on November 7, 2015.

On April 5, 2016, at around 10:40, the Defendant came to a D public female toilet located in Busan Young-gu, Busan Young-do, and it was thought that women see the urine in female toilets among the male public toilets located in Busan Young-gu C before the towing, but women see the urine in the inner side of the female toilet in order to observe and photograph the urine, after entering the victim E (V, 62 years of age) with a urine coming to this side column, the Defendant saw the physical parts of the victim, such as her am, etc., and taken the urine by using the camera function that was laid to his cell phone.

As such, the Defendant, including taking photographs of the body of the victim who may intrude into public toilets for the purpose of fulfilling his/her sexual desire, and cause a sense of sexual shame against the victim’s will;
