Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. At around 08:50 on April 8, 2016, the Defendant entered the 1st floor female toilets of the above school, a public toilet, for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire, such as taking off women who reported balines using mobile phones function at D schools located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by taking advantage of mobile phones function, etc. B. around 17:0 on April 11, 2016, the Defendant invadedd women who reported balines into the 1st floor toilets of the above subway station, a public toilet, for the purpose of meeting their own sexual desire, such as taking off women who reported balines using mobile camera function in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. 2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (i.e., taking advantage of camera, etc.).

A. On April 8, 2016, from around 08:52 to around 09:45, the Defendant taken the front screen of the victim’s name in the name unexplosion in four times, such as taking the name unexploied victim’s name and unexploied victim in the next partitions, using the mobile phone’s camera function in which he was in possession of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.

B. On April 11, 2016, at around 17:04, the Defendant entered the fourth column of a female toilet with the foregoing FF Station, and taken a photo image of two victims in front of the name in the next section of the toilet using the cell camera function of the mobile phone he possessed.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.
