A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant intruded into female toilets, etc. in the library for the purpose of meeting his own sexual desire, taken the appearance of women who see the defense with a camera, and taken pictures and videos to spread them through the overseas website.

1.
