A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 15, 2014, around 15:00, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim B (Y, 64 years of age) and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 10 minutes, such as, under the influence of alcohol, the victim’s restaurant at the Dcafeteria operated by the victim of the victim of Ulsan-gu C, Ulsan-gu, Seoul, “Igly sing singkee, and immediately singing funeral,” and, under the influence of alcohol, the victim’s restaurant business.
