Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving service of CPoter2 cargo vehicles. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver).

On April 4, 2019, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license on April 4, 2019, and led to the way to pass from the intersection to the written intersection in accordance with the four-lanes in front of the E Bank located in Busan-gu, Busan-do.
