A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from DD) led the Defendant to drive the said Aburgt-turged vehicle at approximately 30km in speed, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.258% in the direction of the Cbridge in writing from the direction of the Cbridge crossing.

Since there is an intersection in which signal apparatus is installed, there was an occupational duty to prevent accidents in advance by driving a motor vehicle safely in accordance with the new code after checking whether there is a motor vehicle traveling along the intersection by reducing speed and checking well the front side of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded in violation of a stop signal while driving on the right side of the course, and brought a Hn-do car driven by the injured party G(50 years old) (50) who opened the intersection from the right side to the left side in accordance with the new code, a Jn-do car driven by the injured party I(39 years old), and a L SP car driven by the injured party K(37 years old) respectively.

Ultimately, the Defendant driving the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive it normally due to influence of alcohol, and driving it to the victim G for about two weeks in order to inflict injury on brain-dead sugar, etc. without any open two shops for which treatment is required for about two weeks, injury to the victim I, such as climatic salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, injury to the victim K, such as climatic salt, tension, etc., and injury to the victim M (34 years old) for about two weeks in need of treatment.
