Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, the defendants are above two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 20, 2010, Defendant B’s sole crime (fuse of a private document forgery and the above investigation document forgery) entered the Plaintiff’s application form for membership in the Hyundai Card’s 8-story building located in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, the Defendant, using her husband’s name and without the authority to use it by obtaining modern cards and using her husband’s name and without the authority to do so, submitted the said application form to the Plaintiff as if he had been duly formed with the Plaintiff’s employees, namely, “E”, “E” in the bank name column, “E” in the bank name column, “G”, and “E” in the bank name column, and the bank account name column, signed next thereto, thereby forging the Plaintiff’s application form for membership in the Plaintiff’s Hyundai Card’s name, which is a private document pertaining to rights and obligations, and immediately thereafter, by submitting the said member’s application form as if he had been duly formed to the employees of Hyundai Card.

2. The Defendants conspired to obtain a loan by using the modern card issued by stealing the name of E as above and offered to use the same.

A. On January 14, 2015, the Defendants using computers and other information were paid 27.5 million won in total five times as shown in attached Table 1, from the date of the loan to June 22, 2016, on five occasions, from the date of the Plaintiff’s use of computers and other information processing devices, such as computers and other information processing devices without authority, such as ordering the employees of the Hyundai Card Corporation who know the above facts to enter the card password in the information processing devices, such as computer, etc., and applying for a loan.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to enter information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority to obtain financial benefits of 27,50,000 won.

B. On November 18, 2015, the thief Defendants included the said modern card in a payment machine installed at a new bank located in Busan Metropolitan City, Seosan-dong around November 18, 201 and divided the card password into four occasions.
