Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court. Around that time, the judgment became final and conclusive, the Defendant was released on December 24, 2014 during the execution of the sentence, and the parole period passed on February 18, 2015.

A. On January 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered Samsung Card Design Co., Ltd in the application form for Samsung Card Member Co., Ltd in the name column, “D”, “E” in the cell phone number column, “E” in the cell phone number column, “G” in the settlement bank column, and “G” in the account number column; and (b) signed the said application form on each side of the names entered in the name column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged an application form for membership of Samsung Card Member under the name of Samsung Card Member, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2) On January 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) written D'D', mobile phone column in the sex column, 'E', 'N' in the settlement account column, 'G', 'G' in the account number column, 'G', 'N' in the workplace address column, 'Y', 'Y' at the workplace address column; and (b) signed D' on each name attached to the name entered in the gender list column of each of the above applications.

For the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application form for membership of the Hyundai Card Member under the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, as described in paragraph (1) A-1 at the same time and at the same place as described in paragraph (1) of this Article, issued an application for membership of Samsung Card holders, which was forged as described in paragraph (1) to the Samsung Card designer as if it were a document duly formed.

2) The Defendant subscribed to a forged modern card member, such as the date, time, and place as described in paragraph (1)(2) at the same time and place as described in paragraph (a).
