1. From 820,760 to 150, the Defendant, from October 1, 2017, to 820,760 to 150, monthly, from October 1, 2017.

1. On August 24, 2016, the Plaintiff, with the indication of the claim, leased the building indicated in the attached list to the Defendant at the Defendant’s expense, including the lease deposit of KRW 2,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 150,00, and electricity tax.

By September 30, 2017, the Defendant did not pay the aggregate of monthly rent and electricity rent of KRW 1,179,240.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease agreement and sought the delivery of the building from 820,760 won (=2,00,000 won - 1,179,240 won) to the Defendant with the remainder of 150,000 won per month from October 1, 2017 to the delivery date of the building.
