A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 08:20 on February 25, 2017, the Defendant driven a G rocketing car 40 kilometer while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.078% of alcohol level on the side at the home fluoring road located in the winter-dong, Daejeon, from the vicinity of the Chungcheong northwest on February 25, 2017.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a G rocketing car.

On 25, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car around 08:20 on 08:20 on 25, 2017, and led the Defendant to proceed along the four-lane way from the Daejeon International Air Conservation Zone to the middle four-lane distance.
