Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of C Launa taxi.

On February 18, 2016, the Defendant driven the above taxi around 22:20 on February 18, 2016, and proceeded at a speed of 124 km per hour from the opposite side of the genetic underground road to the parallel of 1,24 km, according to the dry field of Daejeon Pung-gu.

Since the location was a road with a restricted speed of 60km, in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by complying with the speed limit to those who are engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, by properly operating the steering gear and brake system, and by accurately operating the steering gear and brakes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in driving at a speed of 124 km per hour exceeding 64km by the Defendant’s taxi driving at a speed of 124 km, and the Defendant received the victim D (the age of 67) (the age of 67) who was undeveloped from the left side of the taxi driving in the right side of the Defendant’s taxi.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim from the above occupational negligence to the low-blood shock tank caused by cardiopulmonary pulmonary damage in the workplace.
