1. Defendant A is punished by a fine of one million won, Defendant B is punished by a fine of five million won, and Defendant C is punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants jointly committed the crimes of Defendants B and C purchased a single-name car that does not normally nominal transfer via the “D” website, which is an Internet transaction site, and sold it to the winners, and conspired to acquire profits therefrom. Defendant B placed an advertisement on the “D” website, and Defendant C shared each role at the time of delivering the large-name car to the purchaser according to the orders of Defendant B.

A. On May 26, 2016, the Defendants conspired to make an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days, without justifiable grounds, even though Defendant B purchased a Hbee Rool car at the nearest area of “F” located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon on March 2016 for the distribution of large vehicles, the Defendants did not apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days without justifiable grounds.

B. On May 21, 2016, at around 22:00-23:00, the Defendants conspired and transferred L’s MM5 car under the name of the Defendant’s name to the needy person without completing the transfer registration under the name of Defendant B, at the Dong-dong Home Stacker’s office located in the Daejeon Daejeon War on April 2016, Defendant B received KRW 1 million from K in the “J” parking lot located in the Seocho-gu Daejeon War, Seo-gu, Daejeon on April 2016.

2. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct

A. On March 2016, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days without justifiable grounds, even though he/she purchased a N-to-be low-speed motor vehicle at the vicinity of the 1282 Home Packer's branch located in the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon and purchased a 1700,000 won from his/her name in return for the purchase.

B. On April 25, 2016, the Defendant registered the transfer of one-way motor vehicle under the name of the Defendant in the vicinity of the Han Bank located in the Yong-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-dong, with the amount of KRW 2.8 million from the person who was influence of his name at the Seocho-gu, Daejeon-dong, Dong-dong, Daejeon-dong, with the purchase of KRW 2.8 million from the person who was influence of his name and the P influent motor vehicle under the name of the Defendant.
