Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2018, at around 15:25, the Defendant driven an E-motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license from approximately 500 meters from the front of the Dong-gu, Gwangju, a residential area, to the front of the construction site of the Gu C apartment, through the front of the construction site of the Gu C apartment.
