Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on August 16, 2017, driven a B 1 ton cargo vehicle from a section of about 3 km away from the road front of the modern oil station in Dong, including the head of Gwangju North-gu, to the front road of the modern apartment located in the Masan-dong in Gwangju North-gu.
