A A A shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won, by a fine of 1,000,000 won, and by a fine of 50,000 won, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant B conspired with D to open a place or space for gambling for profit, and around December 2018, at the residential type greenhouse located in Gwangju City E, in which the Defendants leased from D and resided, D used one million won for gambling money, and received KRW 20,000 won per hour, along with the rent of KRW 100,000,000 for gambling, and Defendant A shared the role of attracting customers to participate in gambling and gambling, and Defendant B shared the role of having stuffed with meals.
The Defendants conspired with D on December 17, 2018, two male persons whose name and Defendant A, C, and name cannot be identified in the residential plastic house located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, shall share the 8 pages by using the 48 luculation, and two remaining persons, who give up the 2,000 won of average 20,000 won or 100 won of the 100 won won of the 100 score by calculating the difference of points after the 2 persons who give up the 1,00 won of the 1,00 won of the 1,00 won score. 2. Defendant A and the Defendants: (a) around December 17, 2018, at a residential plastic house located in the foregoing Gwangju-si, the Defendants and two male persons whose names are unknown are divided into eight parts by making use of 48 chinic 48; and (b) two remaining persons, who renounced and calculated the difference of points and give the winner an average of KRW 20,000 through KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000 won on one occasion, in a manner that the winner calculated the difference of points; and (c) carried out gambling by using 20,000 won on one occasion from the beginning of December 2018 to December 18, 2018, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
