Indictment

1. Defendant A and the Defendants: (a) from around 16:00 on December 27, 2013 to around 02:30 on the 28:0 of the same month, from the 3rd floor of “G” located in Ulsan Northern-gu F, Ulsan-gu to the 28th day of the same month; (b) using the 48 pages, with those who are unable to know six names, 10 million won per occupation; and (c) with the 10 million Won per occupation; (d) Defendant A had the 10 million Won; (d) Defendant B had the above 48 million won; and (e) six persons with the above 48 persons with the above 48 persons with the 48 persons with the name of the above 1,000 won, divided the 6th floor into two 30 million won to the end of the 6th 2,000 won to the end of the 2,000 won to the end of the 6th 700 square.”

2. Defendant C, while being aware of the fact that the above gambling was carried out by Defendant C, at the same time, at the same place as the above 1.1., and upon receiving a request from them to borrow gambling money, he aided and abetting the Defendant C by lending KRW 9 million to Defendant A, and KRW 43 million to Defendant B as gambling money.
