Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On September 2, 2010, Defendant A sentenced a sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for a short term of one year and six months at the Seoul Southern District Court for a crime of special robbery, etc. on a short term of two years, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory on March 3, 2012.

1. At around 21:00 of the same day, the Defendants forced the victims of drinking alcohol to leave the vehicle from the vehicle for about 30 minutes.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly detained victims with E, F, and G.
2. The Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury by Group, Deadly Weapons, etc.) shall take victims into the same place as E, F, G with the vehicle and take them into the same place as the above 1. On the same day, Defendant A shall leave the victims from the vehicle at around 21:00 on the same day, and Defendant B, E, F, and G shall be deemed to have been assaulted by the victims.
