[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are friendly-gu, and Defendant B is the mother of Victim C ( South, 9 years of age) and Victim D ( South, 8 years of age).

Defendant

At around 00:40 on June 20, 2020, A heard that, during telephone conversations with Defendant B, victims do not listen to their speech and late time. At around 00:40, Defendant B, who was found in the residence of Defendant B located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan building F, had the victim wear the shoulder of the victim D, had the victims go off his clothes, and she was on board the victim on the top of her operation, and Defendant B was on board the victim on the top of her operation.

On the same day, the Defendants continued to operate the above vehicle at around 01:15, moved the victim's home parking lot in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G to the victim's home parking lot, let the victims move to the five floor of the body, and again, moved the victims to a dog in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Fire-Fighting Zone.

Then, the Defendants: (a) sent victims from the above open volcano to the front side of the I church located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day after leaving the victims from the vehicle, and (b) sent them to the victim's state of body, and (c) caused the victim D to wear the teared top.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit physical abuse that may harm the physical health and development of the victims and emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of the victims.
